Description Our Sales team is looking for a Territory Manager in the Midwest to foster growth in our targeted territories. This position comes with a great commission structure to ensure FLANDERS remains the ideal place for high performers! About FLANDERS: FLANDERS, specializes in providing electrical and automation solutions for various industries, including mining, metal production, manufacturing, and power utilities. FLANDERS offerings include electric motor repair, control systems, distributed products and field services, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime for their clients. With a focus on innovation and quality, FLANDERS has established a reputation for reliability and expertise in the electrical services sector Here's What You'll Do: Make initial outreach to identified accounts Lead discovery sessions to validate FLANDERS/customer fit Lead opportunity discovery sessions to deliver winning offerings Enter RFQ to Commercial Team for proposal development Present solution to customer, aligning with previously developed value proposition. Overcome objections and secure order Develop & implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets Analyze market trends & competitors in Territory Conduct Sales GAP analyses and communicate upward and across the organization to improve future Flanders sales win ratio Manage strategic use of time via Sales CARs Develop & manage a list of key prospects Collaborate with sales & business development teams Ability to cross sell & up sell a wide array of products and services to the industrial markets Support a strong pipeline of prospects & opportunities Maintain a sales pipeline & sales activities in CRM Manage expectations of the customer and FLANDERS to deliver the most successful results every time Plan and execute customer meetings (in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visits Plan and execute a variety of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks and responsibilities required for successfully growing and developing accounts in a territory Engage in and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives for planning, strategizing and successfully implementing sales objectives Travel within territory to engage targeted accounts Participate or Lead Tradeshow/Expos as appropriate, from initiation thru lead follow up Maintain a positive "can-do" problem-solving attitude Communicate competitive market information to help sales support team build competitive bids Requirements Here's What You'll Need: Minimum five (5) years of applicable experience in B2B technical sales, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing preferred. Growth mindset with the ability to think strategically Ability to multitask, be adaptable and problem solve Ability to understand customer behaviors and industry trends Proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets with a strong consultative sales approach Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong listening and organizational skills Strong self-initiative with the ability to effectively work without direct supervision Business acumen, understanding of ROI, Theory of Constraints and the importance of Risk Mitigation FLANDERS ELECTRIC MOTOR SERVICE LLC
