We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing our stores day to day functions. We are a very busy location in a great area of Worcester for traffic. Looking to improve our business with a motivated and customer service based store manager who is willing to work and learn all aspects of the business. We offer full benefits, 401k, paid holidays, vacations & a five day work week. No Sunday's ! This is a family atmosphere with all long time employees . Responsibilities:

• Professionally address customer needs and provide excellent customer service
• Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
• Manage front end operations and day to day workflow
• Maintain a professional and clean workspace and store environment
• Follow and maintain all customer service procedures and policies
• Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
• Track monthly results and ensure store is up to company standards
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Oversee team standards
• General administrative duties

​ Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in automotive and/or tire industries, customer service, or other related fields
• Previous management experience is a bonus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Understanding of basic computer knowledge
• Customer care focused; ability to assess customers' needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Strengths in leadership, management, team building, and problem-solving
• Understanding of basic business management functions
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Must have valid drivers license
• Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
