Now Hiring: Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Dothan, AL
Pay Range: $15.00 – $26.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

Install residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems in line with all specifications and building codes
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, providing long-term, cost-effective solutions
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC units
Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Advise clients on system upgrades and maintenance recommendations
Maintain detailed records of work performed
Adhere to all safety guidelines and HVAC industry standards

Qualifications:

1+ years of proven HVAC installation experience
Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, air conditioning, and appliance repair
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Mechanically inclined with knowledge of temperature control systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
