Project Manager – Civil Construction (Hybrid Option Available)

Based in Wisconsin – Hybrid Onsite Role (Relocation Offered)

Full-Time | $100K–$130K+ DOE | Company Vehicle + Gas Card

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage utility-focused construction projects (gas, fiber optics, electric, trenching, HDD) from planning to close-out.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, production metrics, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate virtual project meetings with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and track contracts, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and billing documents.
• Provide field support through periodic job site visits (less than 25% travel).
• Support bid development, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with leadership including the COO and CFO to drive project and company-wide performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction (any trade – underground utility experience a plus, but not required ).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction accounting/project software (e.g., Deltek ComputerEase) is a bonus.
• Proven understanding of budgets, cost control, and field production.
• Someone with a desire to grow in the company long-term, not seeking short-term or pre-retirement hires.
