Based in North County, we partner with local golfing programs to create opportunities for junior golfers, regardless of their ability.
Our mission is to enhance the golfing experience by supporting junior golfers through tailored instruction and mentorship.
In addition to our collaboration with established golf programs, we proudly offer specialized golf instruction for golfers with special needs, by focusing on individual strengths and abilities we create a welcoming environment where students can thrive and enjoy the game.
Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Golf Assistants to join our team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our daily classes for junior golf instruction, after school programs, instructional clinics, summer camps, and week-end tournaments.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for golf and desire to inspire young golfers while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Role Description
Assist with daily classes
Support lead instructors in delivering engaging and age-appropriate golf lessons to junior participants.
Help organize and set up equipment for classes, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
Aid in conducting instructional clinics, focusing on skill development and fundamentals of the game.
Provide one-on-one support to junior golfers offering feedback and encouragement to enhance their skills.
Collaboration with tournament coordinator to assist in the organization and execution of week-end golf tournaments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants to foster a sense of community within the junior golf program.
A strong passion for golf and previous experience playing and coaching the sport.
