What You’ll Do

As our Event Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events — both internal and client-facing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the end-to-end management of events, including conferences, client meetings, trade shows, brand activations, and team events.
  • Coordinating logistics such as venues, vendors, materials, transport, and on-site setup.
  • Liaising with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery.
  • Supporting the creation of event collateral and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure every detail is accounted for.
  • Attending events to oversee execution, handle real-time issues, and ensure the overall experience aligns with expectations.
  • Gathering post-event feedback and supporting the reporting process to assess success and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or a related role (internships or voluntary roles are also valued).

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours during events.
