Overview Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist to work with our new fleet of advanced printers. The Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist expands relationships with existing customers by supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the complete MGI product lines within our Commercial Print and Industrial Print divisions. This role involves assisting all sales channels (Direct/Dealer) in pre and post sales activities for qualified opportunities, in collaboration with various sales leadership and personnel. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the specialist is responsible for achieving sales quotas and supporting the success of the sales team. Location: The ideal candidate should reside in the Northeastern United States. Responsibilities Support the success of an assigned sales team, including Regional Vice Presidents and Business Development Representatives. Meet targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines. Provide coaching and professional development to sales team members. Lead demand-generating marketing activities for the assigned market and product. Build productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Coordinate customer involvement of other company personnel as needed. Respond to customer support requirements, including account management and business development support. Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Measurements Achieve assigned product sales quota. Support initiatives for product profitability and growth. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Complete required training and development objectives. Qualifications Preferably a four-year college degree. At least six years of equipment sales experience in a B2B environment or a proven record in account management. Over three years of software marketing or product management experience.
