Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $72,000/anually
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm (schedule requires flexibility)
Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)

What’s a typical day as Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Supervising 3 team leaders and approximately 150 full and part-time associates, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Identifying operational issues and reviewing communications to determine priorities and action plans.
• Driving safety processes and participating in the client’s safety program to minimize incidents and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Review current staffing status to identify current/potential issues and determine priorities/action plans to resolve these issues.
• Check updated manning sheets to capture any changes to the schedule
• Use above information to determine priority changes and develop action plans as required in order meeting daily production requirements.
• Develop contingency plan for coverage as required
• Quality Tracking and improvement
• Review 5 Phase Incident Reports on a daily basis to define trends or major areas of improvement in Quality Procedures.
• Define root cause and corrective action to close 5 Phase Incident Report.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals
• Assignment of priorities to team leaders.
• Document improvements using the appropriate quality forms and present these improvements to the customer.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelors Degree in logistics and 2-3 years of logistics experience.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong command of English.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and can create complex reports and dashboards.
