Job Description

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a build-it-from-scratch, scale-it-with-speed, and elevate-the-bar kind of opportunity.

If you're a high-caliber compensation professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments—and you're ready to architect the future of pay at one of the most dynamic private equity-backed platforms in the country—this role is for you.

About Us:

TurnPoint Services is one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the U.S., backed by premier private equity investors and operating over 65 brands nationwide . With over $3B in annual revenue and no signs of slowing down, we’re scaling smart and investing in infrastructure, systems, and people.

We're building a modern, data-driven People function designed to align directly with business performance—and we’re looking for a builder. Someone who’s wired for ownership, speed, and precision. This is your chance to define compensation from the ground up , establish frameworks, and be a strategic advisor at the table as we scale from good to great.

What You'll Own:

As our Senior Manager, Compensation , you’ll lead the design and execution of compensation strategy across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role—equal parts strategic architect and operational powerhouse. You’ll partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure we attract, retain, and reward top-tier talent with pay structures that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to performance.

Your Mission:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Architect a future-forward compensation philosophy and structure rooted in equity, performance, and growth.
  • Align pay strategies with PE expectations, business goals, and workforce planning needs.
  • Influence and guide senior leadership on comp design, total rewards, and talent investments.
  • Lead annual comp cycles, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning.

Execution & Infrastructure

  • Build and own compensation tools, job architectures, pay bands, and leveling frameworks.
  • Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Provide hands-on support for offers, promotions, and internal mobility decisions.
  • Ensure compliance across jurisdictions—FLSA, pay transparency laws, and more.

Data & Insights

  • Deliver comp dashboards and executive-level insights that drive smart decisions.
  • Monitor internal equity and provide proactive recommendations for fairness and transparency.
  • Track program performance using real business data and workforce analytics.

What You Bring:

  • 6–10+ years of progressive compensation experience—both strategic and in-the-trenches.
  • Proven success in high-growth , multi-site , PE-backed or startup environments.
  • Expertise in job architecture, benchmarking, compensation planning, and pay compliance.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets chops; experience with platforms like MarketPay, Payfactors, or Radford is a bonus.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and lead across all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP or related credential preferred.

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive base + performance-based bonus
  • Equity opportunity in a $3B+ PE-backed rocket ship
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness, and more
  • A high-performing team that moves fast and builds for scale
  • A seat at the table with real runway to make your mark

If you’re a builder, not a maintainer—ready to turn vision into structure and process into results—let’s talk.

This is more than a job. It’s a chance to lead compensation strategy at scale, in real time, during explosive growth.

Apply now and help us define the future of talent at TurnPoint.
