Your leadership will encompass guiding a team of Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales personnel, ensuring consistent strategies across all territories. You’ll direct regional sales strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at various accounts and channel partners. Principal Responsibilities: Drive annual sales growth for Westlock Controls products across the Americas. Provide strategic direction to Regional Sales Managers in the US and Brazil. Identify and engage with key decision-makers at targeted accounts and projects. Develop and execute Channel Partner Network Strategies. Oversee Distribution and Representative Agreements. Monitor market trends and competitor advancements. Support competitive benchmarking initiatives. Identify opportunities for new product development and collaborate on new ideas. Explore business expansion opportunities, including acquisitions. Develop demand forecasts aligned with sales strategies. Contribute to strategic and operating plans for Westlock Controls. Develop and deliver annual and weekly sales reports and updates. Promote the adoption of Sales Excellence tools. Develop existing employees and establish performance objectives. Maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards. Essential Qualifications / Experience: Degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or marketing. 10+ years in technical field sales or sales management. 5+ years in regional sales management with direct reports. Experience selling technical products like piping, valves, controls, pumps. Strong technical and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy, customer focus, and leadership qualities. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%), mainly within North and Latin America. Preferred Qualifications / Experience: Masters in Business Administration. Experience in Process Control and Industrial Automation industries. 15+ years in technical sales and management.
