Job Title Relationship Manager Relationship Manager What does a successful Relationship Manager do? A successful Relationship Manager at Fiserv is responsible for creating, developing, and managing strategic relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry trends, and competitive landscape. The Relationship Manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives within the client organization, orchestrating resources to provide comprehensive solutions and services that drive client satisfaction, revenue, and growth. What you will do: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business drivers, strategies, and competitive position. Build and enhance long-term relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers. Orchestrate the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive solutions and services to the client. Sell add-on Issuer products and services, managing opportunities from initiation to close and implementation. Qualify client-specific enterprise opportunities and develop a pipeline with Solution Sales Specialists. Conduct regular communication with clients at all levels, articulating Fiserv's value proposition. Analyze market changes and trends relevant to clients and Fiserv. Ensure proactive accountability to the client, leading to enhanced client experience and retention. What you will need to have: ~5+ years of experience delivering, selling, and managing accounts in the financial services or banking sector. ~3+ years of experience managing a P&L. ~3+ years of experience structuring and consulting on large bundled deals in the technology industry. ~ Thorough understanding of large Financial Institutions, including experience in issuing and other key banking functions. ~ Experience working for a technology product or services company. ~ Proven history of meeting and exceeding financial commitments. ~ Experience working in a large, matrix organization with hundreds of products/services. ~ Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred. ~ Ability to travel up to 75% What would be great to have: Extensive experience in relationship management within the financial services industry. Familiarity with Fiserv’s product and service offerings. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and processes. Salary Range $59,500.00 - $126,600.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in Illinois, California and District of Columbia.
