Job Description

MAU is hiring a Quality Engineer Technician for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Quality Engineer Technician, you will apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks to meet department goals for quality, quantity, and timeliness, with potential growth into a Quality Engineering role.

Shift Information

• Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience in assembly and/or machining
• Experience with nonconforming parts
• Quality management experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred

General Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
• Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills, and proven problem-solving ability
• Must submit to background check and drug screening

Essential Functions

• Document technical data to support quality policies and procedures
• Prioritize and implement multiple process improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and business productivity
• Conduct plant floor walks to locate marked parts in the quality cart, collect information, move parts if necessary for photos, and route nonconformance reports
• Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools
