About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Digital Marketing to build and scale a world-class marketing and demand generation engine. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across all digital channels. You’ll be a key leader responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration for a fast-growing SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory and marketing function. What You’ll Be Doing Own and optimize the digital marketing strategy across all channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs , including ABM, paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and content syndication. Guide content strategy for gated content, campaigns, and thought leadership that convert interest into pipeline. Forecast, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI using marketing analytics and attribution models. Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of internal and external marketers, agencies, and contractors. Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure seamless lead management. Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align campaign strategy, lead scoring, and nurture flows. Own the marketing tech stack and digital experimentation roadmap. Stay ahead of industry trends and digital best practices to continuously evolve our digital presence. Who You Are A data-driven B2B marketing leader with a passion for building a world-class marketing team from the ground up. 5+ years of experience in digital or demand generation marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-building capacity. Proven track record of creating and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth. Deep experience with B2B SaaS marketing across channels like paid search, SEO, email, social, display, content syndication, and ABM. Strong understanding of funnel analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement. Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), and digital advertising platforms. Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute. Collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally and build consensus with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
