We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This role involves providing individual, group, or family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs. The ideal candidate will be client-centered, trauma-informed, and dedicated to fostering healing and personal growth.
Provide high-quality, evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Collaborate with clients to set treatment goals and monitor progress.
Maintain regular communication with other clinicians, case managers, or medical providers as needed.
Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings.
Stay informed about best practices and continuing education in mental health and counseling.
Maintain professional licensure and adhere to ethical guidelines set by the licensing board.
Required:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Active LPC, LPCC, or equivalent licensure in the state of Minnesota.
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
Preferred:
Experience working with trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety.
EMDR or other trauma-informed certifications.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
