This role involves direct client support, clinical supervision, and treatment planning across multiple settings.Key Responsibilities:Provide Behavior Consultation-ABA services in the home, school, and community (e.g., activity centers, church, kinship homes).Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that reflect the childs strengths and needs across educational, social, and recreational domains.Supervise the implementation of ITPs by direct staff.Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to adjust programming as needed.Administer and interpret skills assessments (e.g., ABAS-3, Vineland 3, VBMAPP, etc.).Provide clinical supervision to assigned BHTs, BHT-ABAs, and Assistant BC-ABAs, including at least one face-to-face visit every 30 days with both the client and direct staff.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and data reviews.Graph and analyze clinical data to inform treatment decisions.Attend and participate in interagency team meetings.Build cooperative relationships with families, schools, and community agencies to support service delivery.Participate in supervision with your Clinical Director to receive ongoing training, feedback, and support.Model professional behavior and ethical practice at all times.Maintain required training certifications, including assigned crisis prevention/intervention techniques (e.g., Safety-Care).Support and contribute to a positive team environment that reflects the mission and values of Kidology.Qualifications:Must be a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of Pennsylvania, or meet one of the following:Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, psychiatrist), ORMaster's degree in a behavioral health field (psychology, counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, creative arts therapy) with at least 12 graduate-level credit hours in core behavioral health coursework.Minimum 90 hours of training in behavior analysis/modification required prior to hire; must complete 32 BACB-approved CEUs every two years thereafter.Completion of the Bureau of Autism Services (BAS) FBA Training before or within 60 days of hire.Must possess valid Act 33 Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI clearances, and current medical clearance.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Must complete CBH-mandated in-service trainings within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.Bilingual (Russian, Ukrainian) a plusWorking Conditions:Services may be delivered in schools, homes, and various community settings (churches, activity centers, recreational areas).May involve physical activity during summer or recreational programs.Client behaviors may include verbal or physical aggression; staff must follow all Kidology safety protocols and behavior support plans.This position requires flexibility, empathy, and professionalism in dynamic environments.Why Join Kidology?Supportive clinical team with regular supervision and collaborationOpportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple settingsFlexible scheduling to support work-life balanceMission-driven organization that values respect, integrity, and quality care
