The lean deal teams ensure Associates play a crucial role in all aspects of execution and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for restructuring and M&A transactions.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking restructuring
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or CFA a plus.
