Direct responsibilities include email & SMS reporting, managing email and SMS sends, writing creative briefs and email copy.WHAT YOU'LL DOWrite the creative briefs for emails associated with Galls, USP and Postal brandsWrite email and SMS copy for daily emails and SMS sendsSet up and deploy email and SMS campaigns out of their respective platforms dailyQA and test all emails and SMS to ensure 100% accuracyStandardize, cleanse, and own customer segments for marketing campaignsExecute approved campaign journeys and make required performance amendments based on direction from the leadership teamGenerate reporting related to email sends and audience lists. Work with the team to develop insights to optimize and Analyze campaign results.
