Crimson Wine Group seeks a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to drive direct-to-consumer growth across our premium wine portfolio through strategic email, SMS, and web promotions. Remote role. Position Overview As our Email Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of campaign management from strategy through execution, leveraging advanced CRM capabilities to deliver measurable results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Execution - Lead end-to-end campaign development on our Braze CRM platform, ensuring seamless delivery across all Crimson Wine Group brands. Strategic Planning - Collaborate on monthly editorial calendar development, aligning campaign timing with business objectives and seasonal opportunities. Marketing Automation – Asist with the design and deployment of customer journeys that optimize the customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention. Performance Optimization - Implement A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and KPI achievement. Customer Experience Design - Develop and manage email templates, creative assets, landing pages, and audience segmentation strategies that deliver personalized, relevant customer experiences. Quality Assurance - Execute testing procedures for all email and SMS communications prior to deployment. Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze customer demographics and purchase behavior patterns to inform strategic segmentation and campaign targeting decisions. Platform Management - Manage multiple web-based systems including content management, analytics collection, e-commerce configuration, and lead capture optimization. Continuous Improvement - Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and strategic enhancement.
