Job Description

Salary: $3788 / Week The Medical Dosimetrist is a member of the radiationoncology treatment and planning team. The Medical Dosimetrist works in collaboration with the radiationtherapists, medical physicists, and radiation oncologists within thedepartment. The Medical Dosimetristmeasures and generates radiation dose distributions and calculations under thedirect supervision of the radiation physicist and the radiationoncologist. The Medical Dosimetristdesigns, generates and measures radiation dose distributions and dose calculationswhile providing oversight to high-level treatment procedures in both externalbeam radiation therapy and brachytherapy.
