The Finance team’s goal is to be a trusted and collaborative partner to all the businesses and functional teams that we work with, bringing business acumen, financial expertise and insights to aid decision-making and deliver value to our stakeholders. We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as the Enterprise Planning Lead / Chief of Staff to the FP&A organization. This hybrid role blends high-impact strategic planning, business partnership, and chief of staff duties to drive cross-functional alignment and execution across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic skills, operational acumen, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the enterprise planning calendar, managing executive-level deliverables, supporting long-range financial planning, and acting as a thought partner to the CFO and FP&A leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Financial Planning

  • Own and drive the enterprise planning calendar: strategy refresh, initiative identification and prioritization, annual budget, long-range forecasts and short-range forecasts. Coordinate with Integrated Business Planning Partner to ensure smooth hand-offs, reconciliation and aggregation.
  • Oversee several enterprise planning components for oversight and reporting purposes, as well as to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide additional oversight to the Corporate FP&A team, with respect to group consolidation, reporting and analysis, as well as reporting shared services for the Finance Business Partners
  • Ensure consistency and standardization across planning processes, templates, and reporting formats.

Executive Support & Strategic Initiatives

  • Act as Chief of Staff to the FP&A leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, key meetings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare CFO briefing documents, board decks, earnings call support, investor materials, and internal updates.
  • Support ad hoc strategic finance initiatives (e.g., M&A analysis, capital allocation strategy, org design, cost optimization) as needed
  • Lead or support cross-functional enterprise projects with finance impact.

Operational & Communication Excellence

  • Serve as the communication hub for the FP&A function; streamline messaging, documentation, and coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to elevate FP&A effectiveness.
  • Help identify and unlock enterprise efficiency opportunities
  • Track progress against key initiatives, goals, and KPIs across the finance organization.
  • Partner closely with HR, IT, and Strategy teams to align planning and operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • Experience: 8–12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, or related roles; experience in high-growth, complex environments preferred.
  • Excellent executive presence, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a bias for action, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading corporate planning and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and business acumen.
  • Familiarity with planning systems a plus (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, SAP BPC) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
