Job Description

Overview Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist to work with our new fleet of advanced printers. The Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist expands relationships with existing customers by supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the complete MGI product lines within our Commercial Print and Industrial Print divisions. This role involves assisting all sales channels (Direct/Dealer) in pre and post-sales activities for qualified opportunities, in collaboration with various sales and management personnel. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the specialist is responsible for achieving sales quotas and supporting the success of the sales team. The ideal candidate should reside in the Northeastern United States. Responsibilities Supports the success of an assigned team of sales representatives and managers. Meets targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines. Provides coaching and professional development to sales team members. Leads demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market. Establishes and maintains relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Coordinates customer involvement of other company personnel as needed. Responds to customer support requirements, including account management and business development. Works closely with Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Key Measurements Achieves assigned product sales quotas. Supports initiatives for product profitability. Achieves product growth targets in the assigned territory or accounts. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings. Completes required training and development objectives. Qualifications Four-year college degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years' equipment sales experience in B2B or a record of achievement as an Account Manager. 3+ years in software marketing/product management. 5+ years in Graphic Communications and Industrial Print.
