Implement and support solutions related to VLAN, MPLS, VPN, BGP, and OSPF. Create VLANs to segregate departments like SAP, HR, Admin, maintaining security policies with firewalls and conducting security audits. Support wireless LAN controllers across multiple frequencies and deploy Wi-Fi infrastructure. Develop budgets for network equipment replacement and coordinate installation and upgrades of servers and network devices. Replace network and security devices via RMA processes. Maintain server hypervisors like ESXi and provide troubleshooting access to vendors. Support servers such as Mail, Portal, .NET, SQL, DNS, DHCP, ensuring high availability. Contribute to disaster recovery planning and backup/recovery testing. Prepare operational manuals for infrastructure services.
