Abby is transforming mental health with cutting-edge AI support—and we’re searching for a hands-on Social Media & Content Growth Manager to own our entire social presence. You’ll lead strategy and execution across every channel, drive our content to go viral, and make Abby a must-follow brand online. What You’ll Do: Run point on all Abby social accounts: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more. Develop, execute, and refine a content strategy that grows followers, drives engagement, and consistently hits viral moments. Ideate, create, and post a mix of branded content, short-form clips, memes, founder videos, educational posts, and UGC. Spot trends early and quickly plug Abby into relevant conversations, challenges, and cultural moments. Test new content formats, viral growth tactics, partnerships, giveaways, live streams, and more. Track performance, analyze what’s working, and rapidly iterate to maximize reach. Own the content calendar and collaborate with creatives, leadership, and partners to bring bold ideas to life. Build relationships with creators, influencers, and our own community to amplify our message. Ensure Abby’s tone and visuals are consistent across every touchpoint. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated success growing branded social accounts—show us the accounts you’ve managed, with clear before/after metrics, and explain when you took over. Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms; you’re obsessed with internet culture and viral trends. Creative instincts: you can write catchy copy, recognize meme potential, and turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into strategy. Self-starter who moves fast, owns outcomes, and thrives in a dynamic, test-and-learn environment. Collaborative energy with the confidence to run projects independently.
