Title : Budget Analyst

Type : Contract (6 Months)

Dates : 8/4/2025 - 3/6/2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle invoices and coding using Readsoft.
• Process vendor setup requests.
• Oversee Insights and Analytics budget management.
• Manage admin budgets for the Insights, Brand Elevation and Ecosystem teams.
• BMS Planning: Conduct mid-month forecasting for all programs, including coupons.
• BMS Notifications: Manage open/close and mid-month email notifications.
• Reporting: Prepare mid-month reports.
• Close Activities: Perform accrual cleanup and manage coupons. Copy last month's forecast to the brand forecast
• Plug Clearing: Handle plug clearing tasks.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Organize and participate in Base Beverage Budget meetings.
• Coordinate Foods Monthly Budget meetings, including preparation and follow-ups.
• Facilitate Brand Elevation Budget meetings, including preparation and follow-ups.
• Manage Ecosystem Monthly Budget meetings, including preparation and follow-ups.
• Ad Hoc Requests: Address ad hoc requests from marketers and others as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 Year of experience
• Associates degree or higher

• Budget analysis & management
• Ability to work across external vendors to ensure invoices, payments and contracts are executed correctly
• Financial management
• Preparation of financial reports

• Detail oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Comfortable working with individuals and across business teams to accomplish tasks
• Developing and presenting insightful and actionable status reports to multiple levels of organization
