Real Estate Broker's Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Broker's Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Description : As the Broker's Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokerage operations and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. This position is ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills, excellent computer skills, and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
· Assist the broker in day-to-day operations.
· Prepare and organize documents, agreements, and contracts for real estate transactions.
· Manage listings, update information on MLS, and assist with marketing efforts.
· Assist in Social Media platforms.
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating showings and open houses.
· Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls and emails, and responding to client inquiries.
· Maintain and update client databases and filing systems.
· Conduct market research and gather property information as needed.
· Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients.
Qualifications :
· Prior experience in administrative support.
· Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (MLS, CRM, etc.).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong computer skills.
· Experience with Social Media marketing.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Positive attitude and a passion for real estate.
· Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus but not required.
