Title: Admin support Clerk/DOT Admin Support

Location: Irving, TX ( Hybrid)

Duration: 2.5 years

Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across various levels of the organization.
• An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Performs data analysis and monitoring of DOT and non-DOT driver license data
• Verify driver status in EHS Portal
• Generate/monitor communications to operating groups to address compliance issues

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Systems and data management skills (MS Suite) along with the ability to quickly gain proficiency with EHS systems (EHS Portal, One Touch, Corporate Systems).
• Ability to stay highly organized and prioritize work in the face of competing demands
• Verbal and written communication so as to work effectively with EHS team and operations personnel.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Data Analysis MIS requirements documentation and programming skills

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

College or relevant certifications preferred
